Veterans and active duty military, police, fire/EMT 1st responders, public school teachers, and nurses

As a veteran myself, I understand the sacrifices made by the people who seek career fulfillment through service to others, often at the cost of precious family time, odd hours, during weekends and holidays , or at a moments notice. Their contributions to the improvement of community and others lives is immeasurable. This is a small token of gratitude, to give something back so that these heroes can enjoy the home they deserve.

Modeled after other national "Heroes" programs, the customer receives a 25% discount or rebate of the earned fee at closing on the transaction of a primary residence.

For those not affiliated with any of these jobs as a full time profession, we will still make a $250 donation to the LOCAL non profit of your choice. There are literally dozens of worthy local charities. Which one is yours?
